Do you make your own products?
Yes! Everything at Calydan Co is handmade & hand poured!
What kind of wax do you use?
We use a blend of soy & food grade parrafin wax.
Why do my products look slightly different than the product photos?
Every product is handmade & hand-poured so no two products will look exactly alike!
Why do you use glitter?
We use biodegradable & cosmetic grade glitters to distinguish from edible products that look similar. Wax melts are not safe to be ingested and Calydan Co accepts no responsibility for improper use including ingestion.
What is your shipping policy?
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing of your order before shipping. Your order will be shipped first class with tracking and should arrive in 3-5 business days once shipped. We currently only ship to the United States. Local customers may select the pickup option at checkout.
