Refund policy

Here at Calydan Co we want your shopping experience to be enjoyable. We currently offer refunds of the purchase price for damaged goods only. If your product[s] arrive damaged please contact with photographic evidence of the damage and your refund will be processed within 7 business days. To be eligible for a refund you must return the items in their original, sealed packaging. Return costs are the customers responsibility, and return costs are non-refundable. Please note damaged melts preform the same as non damaged ones. We do not currently offer refunds if you're unsatisfied with the scent[s] as this is a personal preference.
